Name: Viyene Vaitisionne

About me: Born to humble upbringings, viyene was born in a middle class household of ishgard. Her mother a musician and father a renowned goldsmith. Through her childhood she had two melodies that helped her fall asleep acting as lullabies, her mother practicing upon her lyre and her fathers ball-pein hammer going pitter patter to his crafts. As she came of age, viyenes parents saw fit to teach her their unique talents individually and thus her training began. Due to all this she thinks of things in a more rythmic pattern, seeing the beats, rhythms, and rhymes of individual phrases, stories, or even simple conversations. While training for her music she came across scrolls that were written in old eorzean, and picked up on it. She could see the beat and rhythm with the words, how smoothly they flowed along with the general tonality of them. It made far more sense to her, so she stuck with it, and has spoken like such for the past 16 years. She currently plays at multiple venues and is the owner of the Crystal Academy for Musical Arts, teaching others the skills she has gathered in music free of charge.

About me: Craden is a classically trained Ala Mhigan monk; despite his outwards appearance and the clothes he seems to very much wear un-ironically. Craden grew up through the Ala Mhigan Civil War and the Garlean Invasion after it. This in tandem with his training and upbringing has molded the red-headed bread eater in to quite the hardened veteran of conflict, meaning that his combat prowess is of the more higher tier - demonstrated by feats against a menagerie of foes in both his past an present encounters and ventures. With this however comes the knowledge of knowing how much force to use against foes, he'd never punch through a drunken brawler, nor would kill an enemy when it can be helped - though he does not hold such reservations for void spawn. In current times Craden is in service to the Heavenswatch, where he acts as muscle for ventures as well as, at points, a spiritual guide or training in the physical arts - something Craden takes pride in teaching others.

Aside from this, Craden usually likes to keep his past history to himself and to those he trusts with it.

About me: Runa is from the Far East from what she remembers. She was raised at The Azim Steppe and wondered around Kugane and Doma with her adopted siblings looking to see if they would travel the world of becoming adventurers. She really doesn’t know if she really belongs in her tribe because she feels like she is different from everyone else in the tribe and her family. There times when she would be training in combat with her siblings that she would overpower them and win the fight, but she never knew why until one night on her 18th nameday everything changed for her and found out why she was so different. She is a well trained warrior she comes from a Oronir tribe, the strongest tribe of the reign. She may not have any memory of where she really comes from or what happened to her in her previous life so she may look tough, but she is rather sweet when it comes to meeting new people. She is a mother, a warrior, a business owner and a trainer. She is hardworking, motherly, tough, nice, honest, forward and understanding. At this time she does bodyguard work and security, she is great with a bow, gun, greatsword and knives. She also runs a company with her close friend and goes out on a lot of jobs and adventures with her husband, plus doing security work for venues.

About me: Don't let the glamour fool you- Setanta is an Ishgardian, born and raised. The majority of his early life saw him forged in the flames of the Dragonsong War, and though much time has passed since then, his skills as a soldier still remain. Skills that are now tempered by his newfound love for life and the arts, a love which has manifested itself in the desire to study and practice music. Many of the songs he plays carry an emotional weight of some kind, an attempt to draw out a sense of catharsis and meaning from himself and the audience. Though he is still new to the art, and his repertoire small, he is devoted to the craft and constantly strives to expand his knowledge. Additionally, he offers his services as security; something he is proficient in, owing to his experiences in the Song.

About me: Wren is a well mannered and tempered Ishgardian hrothgar hailing from a once flourishing eastern coerthas village that is now a frozen over wasteland from the work of the recent calamity. He specializes in every technology known to the world, and being a machinist is no different. Wren's parents have been deceased since the calamity, his family being his own wife, three sons and three daughters. He has written his first book on the histories of Zevarian culture and their fate twenty years ago. His young adult appearance is clearly just that, as his real age is not known.

Thank you EVERYONE who has helped make our community shine brighter than I could have hoped. The whole reason I decided to open this academy was to help give musical knowledge to those who couldn't afford it in real life, to give life to the journey that is music theory. Music bring community together, acts as the glue that makes hearts connect, and soothes a broken heart. I am DEEPLY humbled by all the support everyone has shown us, and I am honored to be here.
